1. An expandable intervertebral fusion cage for insertion in an intervertebral space defined between a superior vertebral body and an inferior vertebral body, the fusion cage comprising:
an implant body configured to be inserted between the inferior vertebral body and the superior vertebral body;
a drive member that extends along a curved path; and
a wedge member supported by the drive member,
wherein the drive member is configured to translate along the curved path without relative rotation between the wedge member and the drive member, which causes the wedge member to vertically expand the implant body.
