1. An emergency cardiac and electrocardiogram (ECG) electrode placement device, the device comprising:
a body composed of a plurality of extension members, wherein the body comprises a main layer having a top surface an adhesive surface, and an electrical conducting elastic material is incorporated into the top surface, wherein the electrical conducting elastic material is a conductive rubber material, wherein the plurality of extension members comprises a seven extension members;
a plurality of electrodes, each of the plurality of electrodes positioned only on the adhesive surface of the main layer; and
an electrode connector cable extending from the body;
a plurality of integrated defibrillation pads connected to the defibrillation cable and configured for placement of a first integrated defibrillation pad of the plurality of integrated defibrillation pads in an anterior position and a second integrated defibrillation pad of the plurality of integrated defibrillation pads in a posterior position;
wherein each electrode of the plurality of electrodes is connected to the electrode connector through the electrical conducting elastic material of the main layer;
wherein each extension member has a first relaxed length ranging from 7.0 to 14.0 inches and each is stretchable to a second length ranging from 10.0 to 16.5 inches;
wherein two extension members are configured for placement on an anterior chast wall of a patient above a nipple line of the patient;
wherein the ECG electrode placement device is configured to be placed on a pre-hospital patient that is moving since it is stretchable from the first relaxed length to the second length.
