1. A handheld cleaner comprising:
a suction unit configured to guide air to the handheld cleaner;
a suction motor configured to generate a suction force for causing introduction of the air through the suction unit;
an impeller disposed above the suction motor and configured to rotate about a rotational axis;
a housing that accommodates the suction motor;
first cyclone unit configured to separate dust from the air introduced through the suction unit;
a second cyclone unit configured to separate dust from air discharged from the first cyclone unit and disposed below the suction motor to overlap with the suction motor along the rotational axis;
a dust collection body configured to store the dust separated by the first and second cyclone units;
a discharge cover disposed above the impeller and positioned opposite to the dust collection body with respect to the suction motor, the discharge cover defining a part of an exterior of the handheld cleaner;
a body cover configured to open and close a lower portion of the dust collection body and configured to be separated from the handheld cleaner in a direction opposite to the discharge cover along the rotational axis;
a pre-filter that surrounds an outer circumference of the suction motor and is configured to filter air entering the suction motor; and
an exhaust filter disposed radially further away from the rotational axis than the pre-filter and configured to filter the air that has passed through the suction motor and then discharges to an outside of the handheld cleaner,
wherein an upper space for airflow is defined by (i) a circumferential portion of the discharge cover extending in a circumferential direction of the exhaust filter and (ii) an upper end of the impeller, and
wherein the air passing through the pre-filter and entering the suction motor passes through the upper space before flowing to the exhaust filter.
