A corn plant, seed, cell or part thereof comprising event DP-056113-9, wherein a representative sample of seed of said corn event has been deposited with American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) with Accession No. PTA-126589, wherein the event comprises the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 7 and SEQ ID NO: 8.
