1. A communication device comprising:
circuitry configured to
set a first frequency band and a second frequency band, the first frequency band being defined by a combination of a first bandwidth and a first subcarrier spacing, the second frequency band being defined by a combination of a second bandwidth and a second subcarrier spacing, at least one of the second bandwidth or the second subcarrier spacing being different from the first bandwidth or the second subcarrier spacing, respectively,
perform either one of a first wireless communication using the first frequency band, or a second wireless communication using the second frequency band,
receive a packet for an initial access by the first wireless communication being performed using the first frequency band, and
transmit an instruction of Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) to switch from the first wireless communication using the first frequency band to the second wireless communication using the second frequency band.
