1. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) configured to operate in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving a radio resource control (RRC) signal comprising first information related to a plurality of hybrid automatic repeat and request (HARQ) processes;
receiving downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), wherein the DCI comprises a first indication related to at least one HARQ process among the plurality of HARQ processes;
obtaining an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (A/N) payload comprising a plurality of A/N bits corresponding to all of the at least one HARQ process indicated by the first information, wherein an A/N bit among the A/N bits for a HARQ process among the at least one HARQ process is determined by:
based on an A/N result for the HARQ process having not been reported for the PDSCH, the A/N bit is determined as the A/N result for the HARQ process, and
based on the A/N result for the HARQ process having been reported for the PDSCH, the A/N bit is determined as NACK;
obtaining HARQ-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information based on the A/N payload; and
reporting the HARQ-ACK information.
