1. An electronic apparatus, comprising:
a memory configured to store an input image; and
at least one processor configured to:
obtain two consecutive frames of the input image as input frames, the two consecutive frames comprising a first frame and a second frame preceding the first frame;
obtain a first interpolation frame corresponding to a first motion vector of the input frames and a first confidence corresponding to the first interpolation frame based on a first interpolation method;
obtain a second motion vector corresponding to down-sampled frames of the input frames based on a second interpolation method that is different from the first interpolation method;
obtain a second interpolation frame corresponding to the second motion vector of the input frames based on the second interpolation method;
obtain an up-sampled frame of the second interpolation frame and a second confidence corresponding to the second interpolation frame based on the second interpolation method;
obtain weights corresponding to the first interpolation frame and the second interpolation frame, based on the first confidence and the second confidence, respectively;
obtain a combined interpolation frame based on an up-sampled frame of the first interpolation frame, the up-sampled frame of the second interpolation frame, and the weights; and
obtain an output image based on the first frame, the second frame, and the combined interpolation frame.
