1. A content generating device comprising:
an acquiring portion configured to acquire, from an accumulating portion configured to accumulate video data, a first plurality of video data that satisfies a prescribed condition;
a starting frame identifying portion configured to specify a starting frame wherein a prescribed action starts, for each video playback of the first plurality of video data acquired by the acquiring portion; and
a generating portion configured to generate multi-video data by combining the first plurality of video data so that the timings of the specified starting frames will be synchronized,
wherein the multi-video data is configured to display each video playback of the first plurality of video data simultaneously,
wherein the first plurality of video data comprises a plurality of video feeds,
wherein the acquiring portion is further configured to receive inputted information sent sequentially from a plurality of viewer terminals,
wherein the generating portion is further configured to combine the inputted information with the multi-video data,
wherein the starting frame identifying portion is configured to specify the starting frame by identifying a sound or an image included in the content, and
wherein playback speeds of each video playback of the first plurality of video data are adjusted to a prescribed speed.
