wherein, in Formula 1,
M1 comprises Ag, Cu, Fe, Zn, Cr, Sn, V, or a combination thereof,
M2 is SOn,
M3 is at least one element of Group 17 of the periodic table, and
4≤x≤8, 0<v<1, 3≤y≤7, 0<w<2, 0≤z≤2, and 1.5≤n≤5.
