1. A display device, comprising:
a substrate including at least one pixel area;
a pixel in the at least one pixel area and having one or more thin film transistors; and
a light emitting device on the one or more thin film transistors and connected to the one or more thin film transistors,
wherein the light emitting device comprises:
a first electrode electrically connected to at least one of the thin film transistors;
light emitting elements on the substrate, the light emitting elements each having a first end portion and a second end portion facing each other arranged along a longitudinal direction;
one or more walls spaced apart from each of the light emitting elements; and
a first contact electrode on the first electrode, the first contact electrode is directly connected to the first electrode and the first end portion of each of the light emitting elements,
wherein:
the light emitting elements comprise a first light emitting element and a second light emitting element, and
the first electrode is between the first light emitting element and the second light emitting element, and
wherein the first contact electrode is directly connected to the first end portion of the first light emitting element and the first end portion of the second light emitting element.
