1. An electrically conductive polymer composition comprising at least:
a N-vinylacetamide polymer having a weight-average molecular weight within a range of not less than 5000 and not more than one million;
an electrically conductive polymer; and
a solvent,
wherein a viscosity at 20° ° C. of the electrically conductive polymer composition is not less than 10 mPa·s and not more than 400 mPa·s.
