1. A color developing device to be used for a color image forming apparatus, the color developing device comprising:
a developing frame configured to store a color developer, wherein a polarity of the color developer is set to a positive polarity; and
a developing member configured to rotate and to carry the color developer,
wherein a support plate extends in a first direction which is a rotational axis direction of the developing member and is fixed to the developing frame with a screw,
wherein a plate-like member extends in the first direction and is supported on the support plate,
wherein one end portion of the plate-like member in a second direction which is a direction crossing the first direction is opposed to the developing member, and another end portion of the plate-like member in the second direction is welded to the support plate,
wherein the plate-like member contacts the developing member to regulate a layer thickness of the color developer on a surface of the developing member, and
wherein a welding trace of the plate-like member welded to the support plate extends in the first direction, and when the plate-like member is viewed from a third direction intersecting the first direction and intersecting the second direction, the welding trace overlaps a position where the plate-like member is fastened to the developing frame with the screw in the first direction.
