1. A modifier represented by the following Formula 1:

wherein,
X is an alkylene group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkylene group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms or an arylene group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms,
L1 and L2 are each independently an alkylene group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkylene group of 5 to 20 carbon atoms or an arylene group of 6 to 20 carbon atoms,
R1 to R4 are each independently an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and
a and b are each independently an integer of 1 to 3.
