An antigen binding protein that binds human β-Klotho and/or a complex comprising human β-Klotho and human FGFR1c and comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising complementarity determining regions (CDRs) comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 122, SEQ ID NO: 133, and SEQ ID NO: 147 and a light chain variable region comprising CDRs comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 167, SEQ ID NO: 176, and SEQ ID NO: 189, wherein the antigen binding protein is an antibody or fragment thereof.
