R1 is an unsubstituted 3-7 membered cycloalkyl, a substituted 3-7 membered cycloalkyl, an unsubstituted heterocyclyl, a substituted heterocyclyl, an unsubstituted aryl, a substituted aryl, an unsubstituted heteroaryl, or a substituted heteroaryl; and
