1. A molded foam comprising:
a tube body wherein the tube body is connected to a supply portion and includes a pair of first tube portions and a pair of second tube portions; and
a flange joined to an outer side of the tube body, a recessed portion that blocks movement of cells toward the tube body is not formed in the flange wherein the tube body and the flange are formed from a polyolefin-based foamed material;
the flange has a first end and a second end;
the entire flange has a constant thickness from the first end to the second end, without a recessed groove on the flange;
the first end is joined to and integral with the tube body, and the second end is not joined to the tube body;
the flange is provided at the outer side of the tube body between the pair of second tube portions, wherein the second tube portions are branched from one another; wherein
an expansion ratio of the molded foam is 2.25 to 3.0,
the plate-shaped portion has a thickness B, and
the tube body at a point peripheral to where the plate-shaped portion is joined has a thickness A, wherein one of the following conditions is met:
(i) a value of the thickness B/the thickness A is 1.47 to 1.95, the thickness A is 1.47 to 1.99 mm, and the thickness B is 2.83 to 2.92 mm;
(ii) a value of the thickness B/the thickness A is 2.12 to 2.83, the thickness A is 1.53 to 1.96 mm, and the thickness B is 3.91 to 4.41 mm.
