1. A light-emitting device comprising:
a first electrode;
a light-emitting layer including a first organic compound, a second organic compound, and a third organic compound over the first electrode; and
a second electrode over the light-emitting layer,
wherein the first organic compound is represented by a formula (G1):

wherein:
R1 to R7 separately represent hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms;
R8, R9, and R21 to R27 each represent hydrogen;
Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms; and
Z represents a sulfur atom or an oxygen atom,
wherein the second organic compound is a phosphorescent material, and
wherein the first organic compound and the third organic compound form an exciplex.
