1. A datacenter cooling system, comprising:
an aluminum nitride (Al—N) heat spreader comprising a patterned heat trace on one side, the patterned heat trace comprising a first concentration pattern that is dense relative to a second concentration pattern of the patterned heat trace, the Al—N heat spreader forming a part of a thermal test vehicle (TTV) to replicate heat generation by a computing device in a test of the datacenter cooling system.
