1. A method of transmitting and receiving a signal by a user equipment (UE) for supporting a Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving Random Access Channel (RACH) configurations; and
transmitting a random access preamble on a specific RACH occasion (RO) based on the RACH configurations,
wherein a number of reference points in a cell is derived based on a number of the RACH configurations, and
wherein each of the reference points is a point at a specific distance away from a satellite and each of the reference points is used for determining a timing advance (TA) value for an RACH process.
