1. An electronic device comprising:
memory storing instructions;
communication circuitry performing a first short-range wireless communication and a second short-range wireless communication; and
a processor operatively connected to the communication circuitry,
wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to:
identify at least one information related to data traffic, transmitted or received using the first short-range wireless communication, the data traffic being associated with an application being executed, and
based on the identified at least one information, shorten both a scanning period for the first short-range wireless communication and a scanning period for the second short-range wireless communication,
wherein at least a portion of a frequency band of the second short-range wireless communication is identical with a frequency band of the first short-range wireless communication, and
wherein the frequency band of the second short-range wireless communication includes at least one short-range wireless communication different from the first short range wireless communication.
