1. A user equipment (UE) comprising:
higher layer processing circuitry configured to acquire radio resource control (RRC) information, the RRC information indicating periodic channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reception;
physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) receiving circuitry configured to monitor a PDCCH with a downlink control information (DCI) format, the DCI format including an indication of a channel occupancy duration; and
CSI-RS receiving circuitry configured to perform the periodic CSI-RS reception in a plurality of symbols of a slot, wherein
the CSI-RS receiving circuitry is further configured to cancel the periodic CSI-RS reception in the plurality of symbols of the slot in a case that the plurality of symbols of the slot is outside of the channel occupancy duration, and
the channel occupancy duration is determined based on a starting symbol of a starting slot, a slot format of which is signaled by the DCI format.
