1. A vision sensor comprising:
a pixel array including a plurality of pixels each including a photoelectric conversion device, which is configured to generate an optical current, wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises:
a current-voltage converter circuit including the photoelectric conversion device and configured to convert the optical current into a log voltage;
a source-follower buffer configured to generate a source-follower voltage based on the log voltage;
an amplifier circuit configured to generate an amplification voltage by amplifying a voltage variation of the source-follower voltage during a time period; and
a first output circuit configured to output a first output voltage corresponding to a magnitude of the log voltage;
a read-out circuit configured to receive the first output voltage from each of the plurality of pixels and to generate intensity image data based on the first output voltage;
a data output logic configured to generate event data based on the amplification voltage; and
a first chip and a second chip stacked in a vertical direction,
wherein the first chip includes the current-voltage converter circuit of each of the plurality of pixels, and
wherein the second chip includes the source-follower buffer of each of the plurality of pixels, the amplifier circuit of each of the plurality of pixels, and the first output circuit of each of the plurality of pixels, and wherein the second chip is disposed under the first chip in the vertical direction.
