1. A method for switching a chat object, the method comprising:
using a robot as a chat object to converse with a user, wherein the robot is implemented at least in part utilizing at least one neural network of a processor-based machine learning system;
outputting a target sentiment score based on current discourse, historical discourse, and predicted discourse associated with the user, wherein the predicted discourse is generated at least in part by the at least one neural network utilized in implementing the robot, and the target sentiment score is generated by applying the current discourse, the historical discourse and the predicted discourse to respective different extraction models of the processor-based machine learning system, and processing outputs of the respective different extraction models in an additional machine learning model of the processor-based machine learning system to generate the target sentiment score; and
switching the chat object conversing with the user from the robot to human in response to the target sentiment score indicating that the user's sentiment is a negative sentiment.
