1. An IV pole system for AI-ready clinical data preparation, comprising:
at least one data acquisition module integrated into the IV pole and configured to collect physiological telemetry and contextual metadata from a patient environment;
at least one governance enforcement engine housed within the IV pole and configured to apply a medical data governance policy to the collected data, producing structured symbolic classifications, alert categories, and credential-bound role metadata;
at least one packetization module integrated into the IV pole and configured to generate semantically structured data packets in an AI-ready format, each of said packets comprising at least one timestamp, symbolic tag, alert classification, role constraint, and policy identifier;
at least one fallback execution engine integrated into the IV pole and configured to maintain lawful classification and rendering when an external inference engine is unavailable;
at least one cryptographic module integrated into the IV pole and configured to digitally sign and record each classification result into a tamper-evident audit ledger;
wherein the structured data packets are is formatted to comply with applicable regulatory standards and is are configured for lawful downstream interpretation by artificial intelligence models.
