1. A method performed by user equipment, comprising:
transmitting a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH), wherein the PSFCH is used for carrying sidelink HARQ-ACK, and
generating a cyclic shift α1 of a sequence for the PSFCH based on a value of an initialization sequence parameter cinit, wherein
the cyclic shift α1 is generated based on a sequence initialized with the value of the initialization sequence parameter cinit,
the value of the initialization sequence parameter cinit is equal to a value of a PSFCH hopping identification if configured; and
if the value of the PSFCH hopping identification is not configured, the value of the initialization sequence parameter cinit is 0.
