1. A user equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:
at least one memory; and
at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the UE to:
receive a set of Channel State Information (CSI) reference signals;
identify a set of ports based on the set of CSI reference signals;
select a subset of ports from the identified set of ports;
generate a set of amplitude coefficient indicators and a set of phase coefficient indicators corresponding to the subset of ports; and
generate a CSI report comprising an indication of the subset of ports, the set of amplitude coefficient indicators, and the set of phase coefficient indicators, wherein the indication of the subset of ports comprises a combinatoric value.
