1. An electronic device comprising:
a first conductive patch having a shape in which a first region and a second region are removed from a rectangle patch having a first size, wherein the first region includes a first corner of the rectangle patch and has a second size smaller than the first size, and the second region includes a second corner of the rectangle patch and has the second size, and wherein each of the first region and the second region has a shape of a rectangle;
a first transmission line comprising an impedance transform line for the first conductive patch, and electrically connected with a first point of the first conductive patch; and
a printed circuit board (PCB) comprising:
a dielectric corresponding to a first layer of the PCB and including a first surface on which the first conductive patch and the impedance transform line are disposed, and
a ground corresponding to a second layer of the PCB,
wherein the first conductive patch comprises a slit extending to the first point of the first conductive patch, and a portion of the impedance transform line is disposed in the slit,
wherein the first conductive patch is fed power via the first transmission line including the impedance transform line such that at least one of a first radio frequency (RF) signal of a first frequency band or a second RF signal of a second frequency band is transmitted and/or received by the first conductive patch, and
wherein the first RF signal has a first polarization and the second RF signal has a second polarization different from the first polarization.
