1. An apparatus for laterally urging two electronic components into a different state of registration with respect to each other, the apparatus comprising:
(i) a first structure disposed on a major surface of a first one of said two electronic components, wherein the first structure includes a slanting surface which is disposed at one or more angles relative to a perpendicular of said major surface, and
(ii) a second disposed on a major surface of a second one of said two electronic components, wherein the second structure has a corresponding slanting surface that mates with or contacts, in use, the first structure, when the first and second structures are mated or being mated, the slanting surface of the first structure and the corresponding slanting surface of the second structure imparting a lateral shear force for urging the two electronic components into said different state of registration.
