1. A patient management system comprising:
a data management server in communication with a plurality of durable medical equipment (DME) devices configured to provide therapy to a plurality of patients, the data management server configured to:
receive, via a network, usage data from each of the plurality of DME devices,
assign the plurality of patients to a plurality of groups based at least in part on the usage data and a plurality of rules, the plurality of rules including a custom rule and the plurality of groups including a custom group corresponding to the custom rule, the data management server configured to enable creation of the custom rule and the custom group, wherein a particular patient is assigned to a particular group based at least in part on a determination that usage of a particular DME device by the particular patient satisfies a particular rule of the plurality of rules, and wherein each group of the plurality of groups defines a set of patients that satisfies one of the plurality of rules, and
cause a display to display a graphical user interface that displays indications of at least some of the plurality of groups.
