1. A method for providing information to a display device, comprising:
receiving, by a network computing system, a media and media secondary information, and a media campaign criteria;
associating, by the network computing system, the media and media secondary information to a unique identifier related to the display device;
providing, from the network computing system for receipt by the display device, the media and the unique identifier for display on the display device based on the media campaign criteria, wherein the display device comprises a movable display screen, the network computing system, a communication subsystem, a Global Positioning System (GPS) sub-system, and a computing device,
wherein the movable display screen is capable of either being manually moved by a person or move automatically under its own power;
receiving, by the network computing system, location information from the GPS sub-system, associated with the display device to verify conditions related to location co-ordinates that are provided in the media campaign criteria;
receiving, by the network computing system, the unique identifier and an end-user account information from an application running on an end-user device; and
sending the media secondary information to the application running on the end user device in response to receiving the unique identifier and the end-user account information.
