1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
receiving, at a system backend of a facility, relationship information identifying location relationships between a plurality of different locations within the facility and a plurality of beacons arranged at the plurality of different locations; and
for certain mobile devices communicably connected with the system backend, the certain mobile devices corresponding to providers associated with the facility:
receiving, at the system backend and from a mobile device, identifying information that identifies a proximate beacon of the plurality of beacons that is a closest beacon to the mobile device, wherein each certain mobile device is configured to determine the identifying information using an identifying signal broadcast by the proximate beacon of the plurality of beacons;
resolving, at the system backend and based on the identified proximate beacon and the relationship information, location information representing a physical location of the mobile device within the facility;
registering, at the system backend, the location information representing the physical location of the mobile device;
displaying, on a first mobile device, a real-time clinical process directory for a patient of the facility, the real-time clinical process directory including:
a first set of selectable elements representing clinical processes related to caring for the patient;
a second set of selectable elements representing, for a given clinical process, clinical tasks associated with the given clinical process, each of the clinical tasks being associated with a task location within the facility;
a third set of selectable elements each representing, for a given clinical task, a real-time care team directory including care providers for carrying out the given clinical task;
a fourth set of selectable elements representing, for a given real-time care team directory, one or more care team members selected from the providers associated with the facility;
an indication of whether a first care team member of the one or more care team members is on their way to the task location for the given clinical task based on the location information.
