1. One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed, cause:
receiving, by a computing device, a first request for an address of an advertisement to be sent by a content source to a user device during a break in a primary program being output to the user device by the content source;
sending, based on the first request, an address of the computing device;
receiving, by the computing device and from the user device, a second request;
retrieving a cookie from the user device based on the second request;
determining one or more parameters by using information from the cookie; and
responding to the second request by providing, to the user device, the one or more parameters and the address of the advertisement.
