1. A method of operating a user equipment (UE), comprising:
receiving a configuration of a first search window associated with a downlink positioning reference signal (DL-PRS) resource from a transmission reception point (TRP) to the UE and a second search window associated with the DL-PRS resource from the TRP to the UE; and
performing one or more positioning measurements of the DL-PRS resource based on the first and second search windows,
wherein the first and second search windows are associated with the same size in terms of one or more of time, Angle-of-Departure (AoD), Doppler shift, or Doppler spread, or
wherein the first and second search windows are associated with different sizes in terms of one or more of time, AoD, Doppler shift, or Doppler spread.
