1. A method for manufacturing a vacuum insulation panel, the vacuum insulation panel comprising a panel assembly including:
a first panel made of a transparent material and configured to provide a lower surface of the panel assembly;
a second panel made of a transparent material and spaced apart from the first panel, the second panel having an exhaust hole and configured to provide an upper surface of the panel assembly;
a sealant disposed between the first panel and the second panel and configured to maintain a vacuum space;
a sealing material made of a glass frit or ceramic material and attached on the second panel, the sealing material having a through hole communicated with the exhaust hole; and
a sealing cap made of a ferromagnetic material and configured to cover the through hole,
wherein a manufacturing system for manufacturing the vacuum insulation panel comprises:
a workbench on which the panel assembly is placed;
a chamber housing placed on the second panel;
a cylinder on which the sealing cap is attached;
an induction heating coil disposed below the first panel and facing the sealing cap;
an exhaust pipe connected to an exhaust pump and the chamber housing; and
a controller configured to control a power supply device for the induction heating coil and the cylinder,
wherein the method for manufacturing the vacuum insulation panel comprises:
attaching the sealing cap to the cylinder by magnetic force generated while the power supply device supplies power to the cylinder;
installing the chamber housing on the panel assembly;
driving the exhaust pump to exhaust gas in the vacuum space through the exhaust hole;
descending the cylinder to cover the through hole;
separating the sealing cap from the cylinder, after the descending the cylinder, by stopping supply of the power to the cylinder to eliminate the magnetic force; and
supplying power to the induction heating coil to melt the sealing material after the separating the sealing cap from the cylinder.
