1. A refrigerator comprising:
a cabinet having a storage space;
a refrigerator door rotatably connected to the cabinet by a hinge apparatus and configured to open and close the storage space;
a guide housing configured to guide at least one of a wire or a pipe, through which liquid flows, between the cabinet and the refrigerator door, the at least one of the wire or the pipe entering the refrigerator door through a door opening that is spaced apart from a rotational axis of the refrigerator door, and the guide housing including a plurality of housing segments which are rotatably connected to each other; and
a door fixing coupling that rotatably connects a first housing segment among the plurality of housing segments to the refrigerator door,
wherein the first housing segment extends through a hole in the door fixing coupling and includes a flange that is positioned between the door fixing coupling and the door, and
wherein the refrigerator door includes:
a seating groove in which the flange is seated; and
a flange guide that guides rotation of the flange and is provided in the seating groove.
