1. A system, comprising: at least one plumbing component, configured to provide at least one partially-buoyancy motivated flow of Hydrogen gas to at least one gas-to-fuel (“GTF”) process, wherein the partially-buoyancy motivated flow of Hydrogen gas partially results from at least one reverse osmosis device located below the surface of a body of water such that gravity facilitates forcing water from the body of water through the reverse osmosis device to result in purified water, wherein the at least one partially-buoyancy motivated flow of Hydrogen gas is generated based on the purified water.
