1. A laser activatable polymer composition comprising a laser activatable additive, fibrous filler, and dielectric material distributed within a polymer matrix, wherein the polymer matrix contains at least one thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer, wherein the laser activatable polymer composition exhibits a dielectric constant of about 10 or more and a dissipation factor from 0.0211 to 0.09, as determined at a frequency of 2 GHz, and wherein the dielectric material comprises carbon fibers and an insulative material having a volume resistivity of about 1×1012 ohm-cm or greater, the insulative material comprising titanium dioxide.
