1. A gel comprising a plurality of zirconia nanoparticles and water, wherein the zirconia nanoparticles have an average size of 10 to 30 nm, 95% or more of the zirconia nanoparticles by volume have a size of 45 nm or less, the zirconia nanoparticles are present at 70 to 85% by weight based on the total weight of the gel and the gel is a formable gel wherein the gel exhibits a viscosity at yield point of 1×109 to 12×109 mPa·s.
