1. A golf club grip for use with a shaft, the shaft having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the golf club grip comprising:
an elongated handle formed of ethylene-vinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate coated with polyurethane, foam rubber, polypropylene foam, polyethylene foam, and/or rubber, the elongated handle including an elongated handle sidewall defining an axial opening configured to receive a docking tube of the shaft,
a docking tube configured to couple to a first end of a shaft and comprising a sidewall having plurality of projections and a plurality of ribs,
wherein a radius of curvature of each rib of the plurality of ribs is smaller than a radius of curvature of each projection of the plurality of projections,
wherein the sidewall of the docking tube comprises intermediate sections formed between adjacent projections,
wherein the elongated handle sidewall comprises a plurality of channels each having an endwall, wherein at least one of the plurality of channels is configured to receive a projection of the plurality of projections and a rib of the plurality of ribs to rotationally lock the elongated handle relative to the docking tube when the elongated handle is coupled to the docking tube, and
wherein the intermediate sections define a radius of curvature that is greater than a radius of curvature of the plurality of projections, and
wherein, when the elongated handle and the docking tube are coupled, the intermediate sections of the docking tube contact the sidewall elongated handle and a gap is formed between an end of the projection and the endwall of the channel.
