1. A quick-release truck system for a rideable vehicle having a deck, the quick release truck system comprising:
a cavity extending at least into a lower surface of the deck, the cavity having one or more grooves and one or more channels disposed therein;
a truck plate configured to mount to an upper surface of a truck baseplate, the truck plate being configured to mount to the deck from an underside of the deck, the truck plate including one or more rails, the one or more rails being configured to complement the one or more grooves of the cavity to engage therewith, the truck plate further comprising one or more lock stops; and
a locking mechanism within the cavity, the locking mechanism being configured to releasably engage the one or more lock stops of the truck plate, the truck plate being configured to engage the cavity, and once fully engaged, the truck plate releasably locks to the cavity.
