1. A force registering device comprising:
a graspable handle incorporating an indicator configured to register and indicate forces;
an attachment as a means to anchor or secure said handle to provide resistance;
a sensor contained in the graspable handle configured to vary an electrical signal
to the indicator in response to a force applied by a user thereto, wherein the data from the sensor is transferred or transmitted to the indicator in the handle;
wherein the indicator is positioned within the graspable portion of the handle such that the indicator remains within the direct line-of-sight of the user during isometric exertion, enabling real-time force feedback while exercising; and
wherein said force registering device may be used in athletic or rehabilitative applications.
