1. A defibrillator with an insulating-material-filled module, comprising:
a housing;
a pulse capacitor within the housing;
a self-contained module within the housing and comprising a solid-state defibrillation waveform therapy generator configured to generate therapeutic defibrillation, waveforms using power provided by the pulse capacitor, wherein the module is potted with an insulating material, the pulse capacitor is outside of the self-contained module, and the self-contained module comprises a connection to the pulse capacitor.
