1. A lead system comprising:
an insertable screwing stylet having a coupling end; and
a lead device including:
a lead body; and
a lead tip comprising a fixed distal helix as a first electrode and an interelectrode portion between the helix and a proximal second electrode;
wherein a ratio between a first outer diameter of the helix and a second outer diameter at a distal end of the interelectrode portion is set between 0.8 and 1, the first outer diameter is set between 1 and 1.8 mm, the length of the lead tip is set between 8 and 15 mm, and the length of the helix is set between 1.5 and 5 mm;
wherein the lead tip further comprises an integrated driver adapted to be coupleable to the coupling end of the insertable screwing stylet, wherein the helix is configured to receive a torque by means of the screwing stylet via the driver;
wherein the screwing stylet is configured to be insertable into the lead device and coupleable to the driver via the coupling end in order to transfer a torque to the helix;
wherein the screwing stylet further comprises a driver handle fixed to the opposite end of the coupling end;
wherein the driver handle comprises an annular opening surrounding the screwing stylet and configured to accommodate an end portion of a connector of the lead device.
