1. A mesoporous sponge spicule, comprising:
a mesoporous material layer on an outer wall of a sponge spicule, wherein the mesoporous material layer comprises mesoporous silica, the sponge spicule is a sponge spicule of Haliclona sp, and a specific surface area of the mesoporous sponge spicule is 5-50 m2/g.
