1. A surgical system, comprising:
a rotational instrument extending along a central axis oriented along a longitudinal direction, the rotational instrument having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is spaced from the distal end in a proximal direction oriented along the longitudinal direction;
an array adapter attachable to the rotational instrument at a location spaced from the distal end in the proximal direction, wherein the array adapter is configured so that, when attached to the rotational instrument, the rotational instrument is rotatable about the central axis relative to the array adapter, the array adapter configured to carry an array; and
a guide member defining a cannulation configured to receive a portion of the rotational instrument, wherein the guide member includes a pair of integrated stabilizer arms extending from respective attachment ends to respective free ends spaced from the attachment ends in the proximal direction, the pair of integrated stabilizer arms configured to extend alongside opposite sides of a portion of the array adapter, wherein at least one of the stabilizer arms is configured to resist rotation of the array adapter relative to the guide member about the central axis.
