1. A system comprising:
an airflow sensor configured to output a signal comprising a measured respiratory effort of a subject;
one or more additional sensors comprising an oximeter;
an input device configured to receive user-generated responses from the subject;
a data aggregation device configured to receive measurements from the airflow sensor and each of the one or more additional sensors;
a remote data analyzer configured to:
receive the measurements and the user-generated responses;
derive a respiratory effort envelope from at least some of the measurements;
derive an apnea hypopnea index by comparing an overall amplitude of the respiratory effort envelope to one or more thresholds; and
provide an output pertaining to a health assessment of the subject based on the measurements, the user-generated responses, and the apnea hypopnea index; and
a display configured to visualize the health assessment of the subject.
