1. An extraction cleaner for a floor surface, comprising:
a base assembly configured for movement across the floor surface, the base assembly including:
a base housing that includes a supporting platform defining an upwardly-facing surface, and
a fluid coupling provided on the supporting platform;
a modular unit including:
a main housing defining an extraction nozzle with an inlet opening, and
a fluid delivery system supported on the main housing and including a fluid connector, a first fluid branch extending from the fluid connector, and a second fluid branch extending from the fluid connector;
wherein the main housing defines integral channels housing the first and second fluid branches; and
wherein the modular unit is removably mountable to the upwardly-facing surface of the supporting platform of the base housing with the inlet opening of the extraction nozzle facing downwardly, the fluid coupling configured to automatically couple with the fluid connector by mounting the modular unit on the supporting platform and automatically decouple from the fluid connector by removing the modular unit from the supporting platform, the extraction nozzle, the fluid connector, and the first and second fluid branches simultaneously removable from the supporting platform by removal of the modular unit from the supporting platform when the fluid coupling decouples from the fluid connector.
