1. A shelf arrangement comprising:
spaced apart first and second brackets, each of the first and second brackets including a support section, each support section including a vertical flange portion, each vertical flange portion having a first side, the first side of the first bracket facing the second bracket and the first side of the second bracket facing the first bracket; and
a support bar extending laterally between the vertical flange portion of the first bracket and the vertical flange portion of the second bracket, a first end of the support bar being an axially open end, the first end being attached to a region of the vertical flange portion of the first bracket and a second end of the support bar being an axially open end, the second end being attached to a region of the vertical flange portion of the second bracket, the region of the vertical flange portion of the first bracket is imperforate and is configured to prevent debris from axially entering the support bar through the first end of the support bar and the region of the vertical flange portion of the second bracket is imperforate and is configured to prevent debris from axially entering the support bar through the second end of the support bar; and
wherein the first end of the support bar does not extend through the first bracket and the second end of the support bar does not extend through the second bracket; and
a deck panel mounted to the support bar, the deck panel configured to extend laterally outward past the first side of the vertical flange portion of the first bracket while being mounted to the support bar.
