1. An organic electroluminescent material having a chemical structure of Formula (I),

B is selected from O, S or NR1,
R1 is selected from a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C3-C40 heteroaryl group or a C6-C40 aryl group,
X1-X4 are independently selected from N or CR2, and
R2 is selected from a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C3-C40 heteroaryl group or a C6-C40 aromatic group.
