1. A computerized method, the method comprising:
detecting user input to a first webpage rendered within a web browser processing on a network device, wherein the first webpage includes a display of a first content including results of execution of a pipelined search query that includes a sequence of commands and the user input corresponds to a first parameter adjustment event that includes selection or deselection of a parameter resulting in a change to the first content-including the results of the execution of the pipelined search query being displayed on the first webpage;
providing an indication of the user input corresponding to the first parameter adjustment event to a web browser extension operating in accordance with the web browser, wherein the indication includes an identifier;
performing, by the web browser extension operating in accordance with the web browser, a search for the identifier within a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of each webpage currently opened by the web browser in order to determine that a second webpage is associated with the first webpage based on inclusion of the identifier in a URL of the second webpage, wherein the second webpage includes second content displayed thereon; and
initiating, by the web browser extension, an automated second parameter adjustment event, wherein the automated second parameter adjustment event includes adjustment of the second content displayed on the second webpage in accordance with either the selection or the deselection of the parameter on the first webpage.
